  • Building rental for one day 8am to 11pm with a 5 hour reception time
  • Tables and Chairs for guests to dine at
  • 3 cocktail Tables and Table set up for desserts
  • Tablecloths, Runners, Centerpieces with candles and greenery, linen napkins
  • Plateware, Flatware, Glassware, Charger
  • Catering Package including 2 passed appetizers, 1 stationary appetizer, plated salad, buffet with 2 entrees and 2 sides and homemade dinner rolls
  • Sweet & Unsweet Iced Tea
  • Bartender and Service Staff

Up to 40 Guests: $5,000.00

Up to 50 Guests: $6,000.00

Up to 75 Guests: $8,250.00

Up to 100 Guests: $9,250.00

Does NOT include: DJ or Band, Cake or Dessert Bar, String Lighting, Photographer/Videographer, Wedding Planner.

Alcohol is paid for at the end of the night based on consumption. Wine (Josh Cellars) $8 per glass, Domestic Beers $3, Imported Beers $4, NC Microbrews (16oz) $6
